About Skin Cancer
In the United States, the most Common Cancer is skin cancer. Squarmous cell cancer and Basal cell cancer are the two most common types of skin cancer. A more dangerous, but less common type of skin cancer is Melanoma.
Prevention
-Stay out of direct sunlight between 10:00am and 4:00pm, look for shade.
-Use sunscreen and lipbalm with a SPF of 15 or higher, put it on every two hours after you swim or sweat.
-Wear sunglasses and a hat that shades your face, ears, and neck.
- Stay away from tanning beds and sun lamps because they ruin your skin in other ways.
